I want to work on a Cruise Ship...

Does anyone know of any Cruise Line employees that I could contact for a couple questions I have before really choosing to work on a cruise ship?

 

I would LOVE to work with IT Technology on the cruise ship, and prefereably with RCCL.

 

What do I need to do to get a job in this field?

I have checked with most cruise line web sites, btu they seldom post their onboard positions available. I guess from what I have learned thy hire from agencies?
