Low Choleserol Menu?

Is there such a thing as a low-cholesterol menu on board? My Dr. is threatening to put me on meds and I don't want them but I want to enjoy my dining on board, also. If I asked for it, if they even have such a thing, what would my meals be like?

I am on a low fat diet and have been on for years. I get my cholesterol checked monthly and after 35 cruises have managed to keep it in check with meds even on the cruises. I always find things to have, but you have to show restraint. The main thing is exercise, I spend several hrs a day on an off the ship at the gym. Celebrity has some great choices. So not to worry.

Request a low fat diet. When you board reinforce this with the maiter'd. At dinner they will bring you the folowing night's menu and discuss what you want and how it should be prepared.
