Marriott in Hollywood, Fl.

Has anyone stayed at the Hollywood,Fl Marriott pre cruise? If so how was it and are there restaurants within walkign distance?

I live in Hollywood Florida. :) You will not be disappointed in this hotel. It used to be a Howard Johnson, Then it was bought out by Marriott, which gutted the hotel and rebuilt. Wow it really is beautiful. 95% of the rooms have ocean view. There are so many restuarants right there on the boadwalk, any variety. French, spanish, turkish, Italian.

 

You will not be sorry. Stay there you will love it.

I have to add, the Marriott's oceanside restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating offers a really eclectic menu that one would be more accustomed to find in SoBe or Las OLas. Absolutely delicious to say the least. ;)
