Promenade vs. Inside adjoining cabins on Explorer of the Seas

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of changing my two inside cabins, which are NOT adjoining on Explorer of the Seas for two adjoining cabins. I have a choice between either an inside cabin, category L in the far back of the ship (7473 & 7475), or two different promenade rooms. We could have 6575 & 6577 or 7261 & 7263. Now the promenade rooms are closer to the front of the ship.

Our family has never been on a mega ship so we really don't know much about the Promenade or their rooms. For example if we have such a room will it be more noisy than an inside room in the far back of the ship?

My husband, myself and my two girls (17 and 13, respectively, at the time of travelling) will be travelling on this trip.

What are your recommendations?

Thanks so much in advance :)

Teri
