Help with Shore Excursions

Hi,

 

We are booked on the Inspiration for 10/22-10/27th. Although we have some time before our cruise, I have already started looking at excursions while we are at Grand Cayman. We are there from 7am-2pm. Some of the things we have thought about are: beach time, maybe a tour, and a bit of shopping. Can anyone give any advice or which excursions we should look into? We (my husband and I) will be traveling with our two children, 4 y/o son and 7 y/o daughter. TIA!

I think the big ones are swim with the sting rays (in 3-5 feet of water) and 7 mile beach. We plan to take our kids to the sting rays. I think we'll use Soto's Cruises based on positive reviews from people on CC. Other people will have good ideas too.
