Caribbean Princess - which nights formal/theme

Hello. Can anyone tell me which nights on the Caribbean Princess 7-night Eastern itinerary (St. Thomas, St. Marteen) are formal and what the theme is for the other nights (i.e. Italian, Caribbean, etc). We want to do the balcony dinner and want to plan ahead for which night would be best for that and/or specialty restaurants. Are any of the theme nights not so great? Thanks! Jolinda

In checking the patters from the June 26 CP cruise- Formal nite was Sunday and Thursday.

 

Wednesday was a "Tropical Island Deck party" nite. Hope this helps??

I think it all depends on your food taste as to which food night would be best to skip. We just picked a night to go to Sterlings not really checking the menus except for which night was formal night. Sterlings was awesome!

What time does island night start? Wednesday during our cruise will be our 20th anniversary. Just wondering if we have time for a nice dinner at Sabatini's and then off to the party.

according to the patters from our cruise , music starts at 9:45pm and the party starts at 10:30pm.
