martini16 Posted February 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2007 I read on another board about receiving on board credit due to price of cruise dropping after booking due to cruise not being sold out. I called Carnival and we are not allowed a credit because we are booked thru a travel agent. Would our travel agent be able to get us a credit or even an upgrade?
