How is the sushi on the Liberty?

We are huge sushi fans (well, I am - the hubby likes the vegetarian stuff). We are sailing on the Liberty this spring and I am drooling thinking about the sushi bar. How excited should I be - how is the quality and variety? Local Japanese restaurant quality, grocery quality, somewhere in between?

Thanks!

It's decent sushi. I would say its a step above buffet sushi. I was spoiled when I went to Hawaii, so factor that into my opinion.

I can't eat sushi right now (pregnant) but DH had some on the Liberty earlier this month. They didn't seem to have a lot of variety, maybe 3 or 4 types? DH had a California roll that he said was pretty bland. But, living up here in the Pacific NW, there's a lot of high-quality sushi, so maybe he's just picky.
