CENTURY Sauna / Showers

Does anyone know if you can use the sauna / showers without joining the Persian Garden program? (like you can on the Constellation)

Just off the Century. There is a small sauna and showers in both the mens and womens changing areas and there was no charge to use them. The sauna is small but was hot and enjoyable.
