What tournaments are available in Fortunes Casino?

DH needs to know .... what tournaments, if any, are available for him to get started on the funding of my next dream cruise? He plays a little bit of everything, so I'm sure he can find something. Anyone play in one of these? How many participate? Payouts? Thanks!

On the Infinity they had both a Texas Holdem tournament and a Black Jack tournament. I finished just out of the money in each. The holdem tournament was free while Black Jack was $25 with a rebuy.

 

Also, there was a nightly Holdem cash game.

Just off the Galaxy, there was a Slot tourn and several Holdem tourns on the first sea day. There was a BJ tourn and several Holdems on the 2nd sea day. The slot tourn was $25, the BJ tourn was $25 with no rebuys and the Holdems were $50 each. There was Holdem every evening with a $50 min buy in but those games were table limit, the tourneys were no limit.

Does anyone know if they have the hold'em tournaments on the Mercury? If so, what is the limit to the amount of players in the tournaments? Thanks for your info. I am looking forward to sailing on March 18th.

We asked and were told that all the X ships had a poker table now. I think the table held 12 max and that is how many could sign up for each tournament. You could play in all 3 if you wanted to, $50 each. If you wanted to play in the evening and there wasn't a seat they had a sign up list. You would be called if a seat opened up. The game never started until late dinner seating and/or the show let out but sometimes the dealer sat down around 9 or so. The minumum for them to start was 4. There were 3 of us but we didn't want to sit down and take each other's money. LOL. When they actually play would probably vary from cruise to cruise depending on the number of poker players interested each evening.
