My client was checking the Internet today and found in small print that charges will apply if they speak to a real person. Very interesting since she had questions and booked with (ME)a live travel agent! New developments with the internet which people miss!

If you could break it down for me that would be very nice

So are you saying that this is something new that has eluded some people, your client discovered it while surfing but it didn'r really matter because they do business with you, a real person?

I think I comprehend that part pretty well (yes?)

Where to go from there with that information is what I don't get

Is it just an "FYI"?

Pretty much it is a FYI to all who book thru the internet. I checke it out my self and everyone needs to look at the small print. Also they never add the Government charges so their prices always look better.

Most websites have a webrate and a second more expensive rate. The webrate is for those that do not use an agent. I do not think this is new news. I just take the webrate to my agent and she can usually match it.
