kids want to swim on board in June, too cold?

Hello!

We're talking about a cruise in early to mid June to Alaska. One thing that is high on our list of ship/cruise priorities is swimming onboard for the kids. Which ships have indoor pools for the kids? Any suggestions?

We're talking about a cruise in early to mid June to Alaska. One thing that is high on our list of ship/cruise priorities is swimming onboard for the kids. Which ships have indoor pools for the kids? Any suggestions?

 

We're sailing in mid-June on RCCL's Serenade of the Seas. It has an adult pool with a retractable roof for swimming indoors. Although it's an adult pool, children accompanied by an adult are permitted during certain hours in the afternoon according to RCCL's policies. This ship also has a nice kids pool area with slide but that won't be too feasible except perhaps the day we leave out of Vancouver.

We have been on the Carnival Spirit and the HAL Oosterdam. Both had retractable covers over their pools.
