Refund from Carnival...

Has anyone ever had to get a refund from Carnival? I canceled my air reservations with them and they were supposed to reimburse me and it was supposed to take 10 days, it's been like three weeks and I still haven't received it, is this normal? Should I call them or my TA?

Start with the TA. Chances are good that Carnival will not even talk to you if you have beeked through an agency, at least not without the TA there on a conference call.

If you booked thru a TA and also cancelled the flight thru your TA, then that's who you need to speak with, not Carnival.
