I canceled my air reservations with them and they were supposed to reimburse me and it was supposed to take 10 days, it's been like three weeks and I still haven't received it, is this normal? Chances are good that Carnival will not even talk to you if you have beeked through an agency, at least not without the TA there on a conference call.
