extra costs on Liberty or Freedom of the seas?

I am set to cruise on the 9/8/07 sailing on Liberty of the Seas and am wondering what extra costs I should expect. I know the obvious ones like excursions and spa treatments and any alcohol, but am unsure about the rest. I read there is a small cover charge for johnny rockets, and $20 charge for the upscale dining areas.

Any other expenses you guys can think of would be very helpfull.

I just don't want to be too surprised by what I have to pay for on board.

You will have to pay extra for coffee if you like espresso type. Also, Ben & Jerry's ice cream will have a charge if there is one on this class of ship. A lot of the extra charge venues can be avoided because you can always find coffee and ice cream for free onboard but if you want a more premium quality, you have to pay.
