Ship Credit

We have booked a Carnival cruise in April. Since we booked this, the price for what we booked has dropped approx $30 per person for the same category.

How does Carnival handle that? Are we eligible for a refund or on-board credit? We booked this through Carnival directly.

Do you guys have experience with this? How do we go about it?

The prices on carnival web site do not include government taxes.

So make sure you are comparing the correct price.

But it dont hurt to call the agent anyways and ask for any price reductions that you might come across.

Ask for the agent to check on a residency special also.
