dutrie Posted March 2, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 2, 2007 Sorry if I missed it, but what is the new pricing for wireless connection with your own laptop? I will be on the Grand in March. I used my laptop on the Sapphire last year and found it economical because I could compose all of my emails offline, then connect to up and down load. David .75cents per minute unless you buy a package.
pmcue Posted March 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 2, 2007 when it says suite guests get free internet, does it include wireless?
Shockette Posted March 2, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2007 And with wireless you have to pay $4.00 setup fee. The only place to connect is near the internet cafe so I would suggest ditching the laptop unless you really need it. I didn't ever see lines to use the computer. Have a blast, we just got off Saturday and I can't stop dreaming about it!
dutrie Posted March 2, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted March 2, 2007 . The only place to connect is near the internet cafe On the Sapphire, I could connect anywhere in the atrium. That connection was very handy. I wonder why Princess made such radical changes. It doesn't sound like they are encouraging internet usage. .75 a minute is way too much, IMHO. There was no "setup fee" either. I only paid for a block of minutes David
