Mariner Concierge

Has anyone sailing on the Mariner been contacted prior to your cruise in a suite by the concierge for reservations, etc.

We are DiamondPlus, stayed in a junior suite in December. We were not contacted by the concierge in advance. At the time, Ricardo was the concierge.

We were in a GS on the Mariner in October and weren't contacted by the concierge before the cruise (it wasn't Ricardo, though, was a British guy).

 

I would guess that being contacted by the concierge is exceptional rather than the norm. Maybe it is more common for people in the RS and maybe the OSs...

We were on explorer 3 years ago CAT OS and the concierge had been in contact with us before we had got on the ship. He also showed up at our cabin as soon as we got in it to go over things about the cruise and our needs ect...
