No, there are none right at the port. But Enterprise, Thrifty, Budget, and Hertz are all in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area and all have shuttles that will pick you up at the port.

Budget, Thrifty, Hertz, and Avis are the only companies close by that will shuttle. Enterprise is in Merritt Island not Cape Canaveral.

I apologize...I was grouping Merritt Island in the Cape Camaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We rented from Enterprise when we cruised in January and they were great. Picked us up right at the port and took us to the rental office in Merritt Island.

I Hope I did not sound harsh. I just wanted to make sure everyone got the most accurate info. I use CC when I travel which is as much as I can and want to rely on it.

I have used Avis at Cape Canavera( P3F at 6650 N Atlantic Av ). This is 5 minutes taxi ride away. They even allow one way rental to Orlando. FYI, P3F to MCO airport is about $35 for intermediate.
