Wrong Rooms on Cruise documents/luggage tags

Recommended Posts

We just recieved our cruise documents for RCCL EOC and they have the wrong room numbers. We changed rooms within 24 hours of the original booking, and the docs have the old room numbers including the luggage tags. Will we get new docs? We sail on March 25 (18 days). If not, how do we get our luggage to the correct room.

Looking for guidance from you veteran cruisers. Thanks

First double check on your setsail pass that you filled or are going to fill out on the RCCL website to make sure your change went through and the correct room # is on there. Luggage tags are easily gotten at the pier, just ask the porter though you might want to bring a magic marker to make it easier to read.

1.) you can get new tags and put the correct stateroom on them when you arrive at the pier.

2.) If you're online, save yourself the time and do the online check-in at the RC website.

The Set Sail Pass makes check-in a breeze and then you don't need the documents that they sent you.

When we cruised with our friends last month, we had the Set Sail Pass and they did not. We arrived at different reps to check in at the exact same time. While the rep was still inputting information for them, we were already boarding the ship. The online check-in saves time at the pier as the reps don't have to enter any of that boarding information. There is a bar code on the Set Sail Pass when you print it. They scan the bar code and your credit card, check your ID, hand you your Sea Pass and you are on your way.

However, if you received any immigration forms with your docs, make sure to fill those out and take them along with your Set Sail Pass.
