Kauai Docking or Tender

Could anyone tell me, do you tender into this port or are we docked at this port? I have a helicopter tour that is scheduled for a 9AM flight,(need to be at the office at 8:15 to 8:30 located 5 min from pier) and was wondering if i will make it in time
