Travel Ins. Other than Carnival

Recommended Posts

I booked my air and cruise seperately and need to purchase some travel insurance. The plan my travel agent suggest states that once our trip has begun (getting on the plane) that it has to be delayed more than 8 hours before they do anything for us.

Does anyone use a better plan-not sure if you can post suggestions here, but my email is vward@atlasci.com

I am traveling with 2 kids and a senior - so I would rather be safe than sorry

insure.trip.com is a good starting point but most the time I think you will find that either TravelEx,AccessAmerica or CSA will be the policies that best suite your requirements. I know that TravelEx states at least a 5 hour delay before the $150.00 /day meal accommodation clause kicks in.
