scubagirrl Posted March 21, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2007 Does anyone know how to purchase tickets to the new Aquaventure waterpark at Atlantis? You can't.. You must be a guest of an Atlantis Property to use the waterpark. This may change in the future, but for now.. you have to rent a room.

scubagirrl Posted February 21, 2008 #6 Share Posted February 21, 2008 Am lucky enough to be going back to Nassau later this year.....is Atlantis selling Aquaventure tickets yet, or is room at the Comfort Suites still the cheapest option??? Comfort Suites is usually the cheapest option. Day Passes run $105 pp.. and are only available on days that they are not at near capacity.. so you may or may not be able to get a day pass on any given day. Best to book a room. That's sometimes the case.. but you can't guarantee day passes are available the day you arrive in nassau - booking a room takes the "chance" out of it. dirvin0500 Posted April 8, 2008 #14 Share Posted April 8, 2008 How do you book a room for Comfort Suites for "the day" when check-in isn't until 3:00? We will be in Nassau from like 7:00 until midnight but don't want to wait until 3:00 to use any facilities and all that while paying $200 for the room. Yes, you can book Comfort Suites and Yes, there are currently day passes available. Atlantis changes their status on a whim. Today .. $$$$$ will buy you entry. Yes, the cruiseships have an allotment and they are $150 instead of $105pp. Certain days they are not available even on the cruiseships. Not often.. but during special events. pudy68 Posted April 8, 2008 #17 Share Posted April 8, 2008 I echo the concerns of dirvin0500. And also, what happens if we've booked a room for the day, and we don't make it to the port? How will we cancel the room to avoid being charged? Or what if the weather is horrid and we can't use the facilities? It almost feels safer, albeit more expensive, to just wait and see if you can buy a day pass when you get there. If they aren't available, then hang out on a beach or on the ship...no? It looks like a really cool place though, so I hope we can visit it! I love water parks! :D
eoneil616 Posted March 9, 2010 #18 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Does anyone know how to purchase tickets to the new Aquaventure waterpark at Atlantis? I know this thread goes back a couple of years, so I just want to see if we can now buy tickets in advance online for the waterpark at Atlantis. I'd love to take my grandson there next week when we're in Nassau on the Poesia.

I know this thread is a couple of years old, and I would like to take my grandson next week when we are in Nassau on the Poesia. Thanks! No advance tickets except those available from the ship. Keep in mind that Atlantis has made a statement that same day passes will not be available from March 13 thru the easter break due to occupancy levels, so you rely should get them thru the cruiseline if available,

Sundae Posted March 11, 2010 #25 Share Posted March 11, 2010 Is it still peak season in October? I'm on the NCL Epic and will be in Nassau on Oct 1. The cruiseline is offering this as an excursion for $149 per person and includes transport to and from Atlantis Resort. The walk-in day passes are $110 (according to an about.com article I found via google), but it's not guaranteed availability. I also looked into booking Comfort Suites. The room rate I got for check-in Oct 1 and check-out Oct 2 was $338 for 3 people sharing one room. That's not saving much off the walk-in price for the day pass. Check-in also isn't until 3pm and our ship docks in Nassau at noon and will depart 7pm. Ideally, that leaves us about 6 hours on Nassau to do things. I'm not sure what to do now. Should I just grin and bear it and book the excursion via the cruiseline?
