A party of 14 traveling from Seattle to Vancouver Suggestion for best means of transportation.

Then we need transportation from best western Expedition to Canada place to board cruise ship.

Why not fly into Vancouver? and spend the night at one of many airport hotels that have shuttles to/from airport. Also, did you mean the Best Western Exhibition Park? It is not within walking distance of the cruise ship terminal or downtown areas of Vancouver.

You would need to rent a 15 passenger van to transport that many people from Seattle to Vancouver. There is a company called Quick Shuttle that does do transfers from Seatac airport to downtown Vancouver but with that many people it would probably be cheaper to just rent a van or 2 depending on how much luggage everyone is packing.
