:) We will be celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary on the Miracle. We thought we would try Nick and Nora's for a special evening. Has anyone tried it? Is it worth the extra per person expense?

Yes and definitely!

I think DW and I will try Nick and Nora's this cruise. The Triumph didn't have a specialty restaurant and on our first cruise, we didn't think it would be worth it. Now I think I am ready!!!

My question is, when do you pick a night to go. I think we want to do the dining Room on Formal nights.

Before we went on the Miracle, I found menus someone had posted for the dining room. We found a night where the food least appealed to us and made reservations for the supper club for that night almost immediately upon boarding the ship.

Absolutely! Do it. You won't be disappointed. We did Nick and Nora's in April 2006.

Thanks for this thread! We are getting married on the Miracle in NY before embarking for 8 days, and I think after the hub bub of the wedding and reception it would be nice to have a special quiet dinner just the 2 of us that first night. :)

Question: is it expected to tip the waitstaff at N&N separately? Guessing yes? Thanks!

Tip is included but we always tipped extra. The service was outstanding!

On the first night, you may get a bottle of wine free.

Good Luck and happy honeymooning!

Canadiancruiser13 asked:

It's $30 per person. From what everyone has said about the delicious food, decor, etc. sounds worth it!

We loved Nick & Nora's in 2009. And it was worth the $30 pp charge. We already have reservations for the Steakhouse on the Dream next week (whoop whoop) for our 10th Anniversary dinner!

I just wanted to point out that the menu quoted above is a old menu - it is still fantastic but dont get attached to that menu because it is wrong.

You can google Carnival Steakhouse Menu or search these threads for a more up to date one.

Enjoy!!!
