I have always been on Empress deck or below. This cruise I am on Panarama. Is there more motion? Noise from the Spa? Any pros and cons appreciated. Thanks Katie:confused:

What ship are you on?

I am on the Valor. Have been on this ship before - Riveria and Main decks which were both great.

Should be quiet, some Cat. 6e ocean view cabins above you and some Sauna Steam rooms and also a Beauty Salon. No noise. You will feel alittle more rocking and rolling at night but not much.
