Casino $ advances on ship card?

I don' t like to carry alot of money on board, so I was wondering if you can use your ship card to get money at the Casino on the Zuiderdam? If so, what do they charge you? Last christmas we were able to get cash on the Carnival Spirit at a 3% service charge and at $3 bucks on a Hundred it just isn't worth the aggravation of carrying extra cash!!
