Returning rental cars in port

How much time do you allow to return your rental car while in port? I wouldnt want to miss the ship!! Im getting a little anxious about timing.:confused:

When you pick up your rental car always ask what time they will be running the last shuttle back to your ship and plan accordingly! We never had a problem at any port.

Our shuttle drivers made a point of telling us when the last shuttle was going back to the ship.

 

BTW in Hilo, all the shuttles leave from the same area of the airport. The driver didn't ask for proof that you rented with their company, so if you miss your shuttle, try getting on another one. We had some Alamo customers on the Thrifty shuttle with us.
