laura29 Posted March 28, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 28, 2007 The Waterfront Cafe is close to where I will be starting the Thriller Turtle, shipwreck, snorkel tour and I was thinking about trying it for lunch beforehand. Is it expensive....I have heard many port's restaurants are very expensive and does it allow you to get a flare of the native food? Thanks, Laura
TypeAGal Posted March 28, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 28, 2007 Laura... we went on the same tour and loved it!! And, as you mentioned, we dined at the Waterfront Cafe before we left. Great food, right on the water at the marina. Be careful not to get too put off by the prices (they are in Barbados currency). However, the burgers were still pricey, just not $46. LOL The locals love it there as well as the tourists. We enjoyed our food and service, but hopefully others will chime in and let you kow if they also enjoyed! Have fun!! leslie
NHRedSoxFan Posted March 30, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 30, 2007 I've had lunch there three times. It was always good.
