Lido deck noise????

Can anyone tell me if they hear noise on Lido deck above them when they were on the Veranda deck (right under Lido)? I have looked on the ship maps and it looks like our room is a bit past mid ship, under the galley area on the Lido deck. I am worried about noise above after reading about the pool chairs dragging and noise...we are not under a pool area, fortunately!:p

Hi we were on the Triumph last week under the Lido deck room 8437 and my husband said the chairs dragging woke him up almost every night. Didnt bother me, but then again I take Ambien every night to sleep:rolleyes:

The noise I always hear on Lido Deck is called "hip hop music", I want to get on a ship and hear cruise music.

A few years afo we were on the Pride under the Lido Deck. We became accustomed to the noise and even joked about "how romanitc" it was to hear sound of chairs as they would skid across the deck above!:eek:

We were on the Panorama deck on the Miracle, right under the pool on Lido deck. Yes, I heard chairs moving, and the band. But we were not in the cabin that much, and when we were, I was so tired I went back to sleep and slept right through it. It really depends on your tolerance level and how sound you sleep. I brought ear plugs but never used them. I'd rather be on a cruise hearing the Lido deck above me, than to be home!!
