TMarie Posted March 28, 2007 #26 Share Posted March 28, 2007 The BOB excursion ROCKED! We loved it! I saw it on the website and fell in love right away, although it took some convincing for my cousins. It goes pretty slow and it takes a bit to get used to the controls but its really cool. The guy took our hands and gave us fish food and the fish swarmed in front of our "bubble heads" and it magnifies everything. So thats takes some getting used to! Also, its not very long. They only have like 8 of the BOB's so some people snorkle while others do the BOB. I think it is definitely worth the money!
Pomperaugrr Posted March 28, 2007 #27 Share Posted March 28, 2007 Source: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/shoreE...vityTyp eId=4 Nice to read this! I will also do this the next time in Cozumel, before we go to aur favorite bar... :-))) Ron They do a nice light lunch and open bar (rum drinks and beer) after everyone is done in the water. It is alright. We felt it was worth it, but thought St. Thomas was more scenic. Eric

Pomperaugrr Posted March 28, 2007 #31 Share Posted March 28, 2007 You may want to call Royal Caribbean and inquire about it. Being the week right after Easter, they may be taking some time off. RCCL should be able to tell you for sure. Eric
Bob Finiki Posted March 28, 2007 #32 Share Posted March 28, 2007 We did this excursion a couple of years ago, and had a blast. After you do the BOB ride, you get to snorkel for quite a while. The schools of fish and the turtles were awesome.....do it, you will enjoy it.
