Royal Caribbean E2 better than E3?

Am booked in E3 center Hump on Deck 7 of Brilliance but saw that for $100 or so extra can get E2 on Deck 8. Are the cabins the exact same, just one floor up so more money? If so, I will stick with center hump on 7. Lastly, looks to me like D1 cabin is really the same and balcony is the same size too, just may have a couch vs. love seat? Is this true?

Thanks!

You are paying for location- the cabins will be the same- BUT the higher you go themore you pay. the higher you go the closer you are to the food/pools.

Save the hundred bucks and stay where you are.

Stay with what you have and save the extra $$ to spend on excursions, etc. I just changed cabins on the Explorer but I had a cabin all the way in the back and wanted more to the center, so I got one. They didn't have one when I booked. The extra $$ isn't really worth it.
