I filled out an online reservation via their web site, but never received a confirmation back. I emailed them to check on it, nothing back. How do we get to the starting location from the cruise ship terminal? Ans. The we pick you up from the pier at 8:30 or as soon as you are able to get off the ship. 3. Where is the starting location? Ans. You start when you get to the stables from the pier. First with a visit to the Great House museum then you mount your horses and the ride begins. 4. What happens if the cruise ship skips this port (for weather or other reasons?)? Ans. If the ship does not make port we will not charge you anything. 5. What is the cost? Ans. The cost of the ride is us$70 per adult and a 20% discount for children 12 years and under (us$56). Do you take credit cards or is it cash only?Ans. Yes we take all major credit cards along with cash. Please be reminded that you need to wear your swim wear underneath your clothing and you should also bring towels, wear water shoes or sneakers and bring sunblock. You may wear jeans or shorts just make sure you are comfortable in what you wear. Please let me know if you have anymore questions and be reminded that you need to call us 876 972 0905 to give us your credit card details for confirmation. Alcia Second: I will know which dock the ship will be coming so don’t worry about that part, however once you have gotten off the ship just go to the information desk and let them know that you have booked the HOOVES beach ride and they will call us right away and we will have the driver drive onto the pier and pick you up. Our buses have Hooves written on the front and side therefore it will be easy to recognize. If we use one of our reserve buses they will not have a Hooves sticker on but the person at the information desk will identify the driver for you. See you soon and remember to bring towels and sun lotion, dress comfortably, wear watershoes or sneakers and be prepared to have lots of fun. I told them about their email addys on the web site bouncing back. They might be loosing valuable customers that way..so they should update it.
