I can't specifically answer your question, but I was on the QE2 last year with my teens (girl then 14, boy just turned 16). There was a very limited teen program, and very few kids though it was Easter break.

 

my guess is that there will be fewer kids than other cruise lines; but with more kids during school breaks and more activities during "cruises" rather than "crossings".
