If you need metric converted to Imperial units, put it into Google: 15 C in F will give you the equivalent in Farenheit and 24.4 mm in in will give you the rain measurement in inches. (Incidentally, there are just three countries on earth that haven't converted to metric, the US, Liberia and Myanmar.)

It's OK we all still think in F. degees at least us mature ones.

May in Victoria is the same as planning an Alaska cruise. Dress in Layers.

It should be lite jacket and maybe shorts.

If you are from warm part of the world you will likely find it coolish.

May is beautiful (fabulous flowers) but the weather in May could be anything from sunny/summer-warm to damp and chilly or both all in one day. (think Seattle)

for downtown Victoria - an average May day (if there is such a thing) will have a morning temperature around 50 (10C) and afternoon high of 65 (18 C) and roughly 1 in 3 days will have at least a sprinkle of rain.

what day are you there? Victoria has a fabulous parade on the 21st & an amazing sailing regatta the 27-28

Thanks for the info, we are from Houston, so guess we will plan for coolish weather for us. We will be coming off of the Carnival Spirit from Hawaii and I was hoping to only have to pack one set of clothes. Oh well. We will be there May 9 through May 11 so I guess we will miss the celebrations later in the month. Have a great day.
