Cabin upgrade !!

Hello,

 

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy an upgrade to a better cabin on the pier in Honolulu ? ( sailing POH )

 

Do they sell that kind of upgrades the day of boarding ?

How much do they usually charge for that kind of upgrade ?

I don't know if its any different on NCLA than it is on NCL, but the answer is probably 'maybe' to both, but not likely. Most times they start the upsell process long before the sailing to fill as many cabins as possible. Upselling passengers frees up the lower catagory that sells more easily for a lower price. I would imagine if there are empty cabins, they are in the lower catagory. All you can do is ask.:)

Every sailing we've been on, there's a sign at the reception desk that says something to the affect of... due to a full ship, no upgrades are available. You can try, just don't be disappointed.
