chamberbear Posted April 5, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2007 We are sailing in October on the Carnival Pride. There are 2 excursions that I really want to do, and they both are in Puerto Vallarta. I have 2 questions. 1. Does anyone have any comments on the Tequila Factories and Old Town Tour and Sunset Private Party Boat? 2. Will we have enough time to do both excursions? Both of these sound great, but I don't want to feel rushed or anxious about being able to get to the second excursion on time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Steph
Albertians Posted April 6, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 6, 2007 We cruised last year April 2006 on RCC - Vision of the Seas. We did the YELAPA catamaran ride from Peurta Vallarata. We enjoyed it very very much. The ride and on board entertainment was hillarious... we had great refreshments and beautiful scenery on the way. It was hot hot hot there, but the beach was golden and the town was very poor but very down to earth. Small cove the beach was in and it was quaint and off the beaten path. We loved it there sitting on the beach watching the parasailers and had our beer and took a dip in the ocean. Was nice. Very nice. If you don't like a busy tour that's the one to go on. I just thought I'd share that one with you. Tracy
CVL105 Posted June 11, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2007 What tour company did you do the catamaran ride to Yelapa with? Going to PV for a week in November and may want to do that rather than take a taxi boat over. THanks!
