Excursions in Grand Turk

HI HAL Cruisers,

I have a question and hope someone can give me some advice. My parents are taking us on a cruise next March and DH and I would like to go Offshore fishing in Grand Turk. HAL offers this trip and I was wondering if anyone has taken this excursion before? Thank you in advance.

Just FYI. My travel agent mentioned to me recently about booking shore excursions. Example: In Alaska, many good excursions are cancelled due to weather like the helicopter rides. While we were in the Turks a few weeks ago, many shore excursions were cancelled due to weather. Those included deep-sea fishing, scuba, etc. Now, the odds that the weather will be that bad is small when you travel. I guess my point is, don't let that change your mind, but at least keep it in your mind. Hope that helps!
