Hyatt Summerfield at Miami airport?

Has anyone stayed here before? Is it in a safe part of town, worth it for the money,etc?

There are going to be six of us & I'm thinking staying here for around $230 may be more cost effective than getting 2 rooms closer to the port. I think we will rent a car, so am not too worried about transportation. Any thoughts or other recommendations for six people (2 parents & kids 22, 21 16 & 16)??
