Time of Excursions?

I need an answer right away because I am trying to book an excursion. If it states that we are in Cozumel at 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. and the excursion through Cozumel Insider states that they meet at 10, leave at 10:30--can I make that excursion? Please advise so I can book!

They will know when people can start getting off of the ship and should be somewhat flexible on their meeting/departure times. Just get off ASAP and head for the meeting spot.
