atm's and currencies

we're on the Jewel transatlantic on April 15. One question? can anyone tell me which currencies are acceptable in the following ports. also are there atm's usually close to the ship?

According to this site, these countries (Amsterdam = Netherlands) all use the Euro except for England which uses the Pound Sterling.
