help with barcelona hotels Olivia plaza or HCC Mont blanc

Going to be in Barcelona after cruise for 2 nights and just found specials on these two hotels

Olivia Plaza will be 416. for the 2 nights

Mont blanc will be 300 and include breakfast buffet

Has anyone stayed in one of these and give their opinions
