Ualena & Other Hawaii Adventures

I will be on POH April 16. Myself and a co-worker, from an old job will be celebrating our Birthdays. I have gathered a lot of information for this board and appreciate everyone's opinion.

However, I have not been able to find any reviews on Ualena in Lahaina. Has anyone been and how was it?

Day 1 in Maui, I plan to go to Lahaina, Iao Valley State Park, Maui Ocean Center, relax at the beach if time permits and then the Ualena. (My co-worker has been on this cruise before and already experience a luau. So, I will try another at another location.

Day 2. ROH. Also my thoughts for Road to Hana is to drive all the way up to Haleakala leaving around 7:30AM without stopping then on the way back make all the suggestive stops. That way, we can gage how long we can stay and still make it back to the ship on time. Any opinions?
