PSUengineer Posted April 17, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2007 I has pretty thick hair and I was wondering what the water pressure is like on the CCL. I am going to be in an interior cabin on the Victory. Are the showers at the spa better? Thanks!
denisey Posted April 17, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 17, 2007 I have thick hair also, and have had no problems with the water pressure on the Carnival ships. I've not been on the Victory, but I can only imagine it is the same. The showers in the spa area are the same as in your cabin.
Valentine's Mom Posted April 17, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 17, 2007 When I was on the Victory I had hair to my waist and it is EXTREMELY thick. I had no problem getting it washed or rinsed properly. They have hand held shower heads so you can get it close to your head if you need more pressure but I really didn't need it.

Not that there would be anything I could do if the pressure wasn't good, it was just something that I thought about while in the shower this morning so I thought I would ask. I am SOOO excited for my cruise... less than 3 weeks!!!!:D
highcountrycruiser Posted April 17, 2007 #5 Share Posted April 17, 2007 Just got back from Victory on 4/15. Water pressure was hit or miss. It seemed like it depended on prime time or not. Sometimes it was very good others it was not so great. When it wasn't so great we just took the head down and used it that way.
bamaphotopro Posted April 17, 2007 #6 Share Posted April 17, 2007 On the Holiday, the water pressure was excellent ... but the shower head needed cleaning as about half of the jets were clogged up. As I am pretty thin on top, I suffered through it. :D - Bama
