Aft cabin = seasickness? (Spirit)

I have my eye on a couple of aft cabins for the 8/26 Bahamas sailing from NYC, specifically 9005, 9001 or 9503. My question is about ship movement - I've always thought that cabins on one end of the ship or the other experience a lot of movement, and my son and I tend to get a bit seasick.

Any thoughts?

Those will cause a little more queasiness. Take lots of Bonnine or some other seasickness medication if you're not used to rocking and rolling. (Then again, you could have a cruise with no bad sea days like we did back in February - nobody got sick because the sea was so smooth the entire nine days:D ).

Your hunch is correct, those cabins are indeed up forward, the bounciest place on the ship. Since you cannot have any aft cabins on the Spirit, I would strongly suggest you stay somewhere in the center. Or, if a suite is in your budget, by all means go for one of those aft-facing beauties.
