Quince Cruises

Recommended Posts

We are invited to a Quince Cruise in 2008. We've sailed on 13 ships and have never seen one of these parties on-board. I searched the forums and read very few reviews from posters that have mentioned having one on board. Can someone that has witness it or been invited to one tell me more about it? Are there too many kids? Do the "festivities" get in the way of just relaxing and enjoying the cruise? Are any areas closed off for the particular events?

I cannot give you any info on the quince cruise which I think is short for quincianera. I had to google "quince" to find out what you meant. To me a quince is a fruit which my grandmother used to make jelly out of! I think if you re-post your question using the full word "quincianera". you may get some responses. I know I have seen these celebrations mentioned from time to time on the boards. Good Luck!
