Trans Atlantic May 12th Time Change

Does anyone know how Disney is going to handle the time changes for the Trans-Atlantic EB Cruise? Are we going to set the clock forward an hour for 6 nights in a row? Just curious how the time changes are going to effect dinner times etc. If we change time each day, it will seem as if we are eating really late. For example if dinner is at 5pm when we leave Port Canaveral, but by the time we get to Europe it will seem as we are eating dinner at 11pm. Anyway, my thinking could be all wrong or backwards, just didn't see anyone mentioning this on the boards.
