Lake House Posted April 30, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2007 Check out this link, George. https://seaweb.it.ncl.com/consumer/stateroom_detail.cfm?Cat=AF&Num=8252&SC=SUN It refers to 2 convertible lower beds, and 1 convertible sofa bed, which would likely be the sofa illustrated in the photo. Hope that helps. Ann

Lake House Posted April 30, 2007 #4 Share Posted April 30, 2007 It certainly looks large enough for a 9 year old. It also looks like you'd need to do some furniture rearranging at night. Re getting to Vancouver Island, you can swim, but I'd recommend taking the ferry. :D Check out www.bcferries.com and look at the Tsawwassen/Swartz Bay route. It's a 1 1/2 hour trip, very scenic, and Swartz Bay is located about 30 minutes north of Victoria town centre. You can also book in advance online. Alternatively, you can travel by bus from downtown Vancouver, onto the ferry, and then by bus to downtown Victoria. All that information is on the BC Ferries website, which is a wealth of information. Ann
