Amsterdam Pier..Luggage help?

My mother and I will be arriving a day early in Amsterdam for our cruise.

We plan on taking the shuttle to the hotel and having the porter help us with our luggage.

My mother will be using a walker.

 

We plan on taking a taxi to the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam.

 

Once we get out of the taxi,I need help carrying all our luggage.(6 pieces)

Is there help outside the terminal with the luggage,or is the help inside the terminal?

 

She cant stand for long periods. Does she have to stand in line with me or can she go sit somewhere?

 

This is our first cruise together and I would like to be prepared.
