Do I need a polorizing filter on my JVC Hard Drive Camcorder to take good shots in Alaska?

 

I use polarizer for my camera. Not sure about camcorder though. WHen I use it for camera, I need to adjust it constantly depending on the lighting condition, sun position, and my angle to the object. Are you planning to do the same during the video shoot?
