majosa Posted May 13, 2007 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2007 I was looking at the prices for drinks and was fairly shocked to see they were a lot cheaper than here in the states. If we go to dinner somewhere and order a margarita or amaretto sour they come in small glasses and run in price from $6.50 to $7.95 for the margarita and about the same for the amaretto sour. though the amaretto sours are in a really small glass. irishgirl Posted May 13, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 13, 2007 The drinks that are in the souvenir glass are 12 oz (I just measured mine). I think the regular size are 8 oz. I had a regular dirty banana and it was in a small rock glass. Hope that helps.
CaptainEdwardJohnSmith Posted May 13, 2007 #3 Share Posted May 13, 2007 I nearly mis-read that title for: How big are the (blank)? :D ;) :) :D :D
PINEVIEW01 Posted May 13, 2007 #4 Share Posted May 13, 2007 He he! the reg drinks are 8 oz. These are NOT the big 'ol margaritas in the big glasses. So, sound like the same as yours if by small you mean the 8oz reg glass.

Don't worry as much about how larage the drink is, worry more about how strong the drink is in the glass. Various ships and cruise lines pour different strengths even though the base price per drink is about the same.:) Dianne
